After 10 years of running a regular Yoga retreat in Cornwall, I decided to keep the tradition alive and will be returning to the UK in November 2018 to run the retreat once again. It helped enormously having such enthusiastic encouragement from the regular group, who have joined me for so many years. The whole week is fully booked and I will look forward to seeing everyone again. Caradoc of Tregardock is a very special venue and the perfect location for a cosy winter retreat.

My plan is to research other venues for future retreats whilst we are away. So far we are looking at Italy, Sicily and France – watch this space!
